Northern California poet Lisa Ortiz will read poetry from her newly published collection, Turns Out.
Lisa
Allen Ortiz was born in Mendocino County and studied creative writing
at Mills College and University of Colorado. Recipient of a Pushcart
Prize nomination and two Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg prizes, her poems
have appeared in Zyzzyva, Comstock Review, The Literary Review and The
Crab Creek Review. She lives in Santa Cruz.
